[OPTIONAL] <br /> <br />INGREDIENTS: <br /> <br />REFRIGERATED: <br />1 - egg <br /> <br />PRODUCE: <br /> <br />1 - ginger [fresh][slice] <br />1 - chives [fresh][half-handful] <br />1 - spring onion / scallion [fresh][sliced] <br /> <br />CONDIMENTS: <br />1 tsp - kosher salt <br /> <br />BAKING: <br />1 tbsp - corn flour <br /> <br />HERBS & SPICES: <br />1 tsp - pepper <br /> <br />LIQUIDS: <br />2 & 1/2 cups - chicken stock <br />3-4 tbsp - water <br /> <br />STEP BY STEP. <br />In a pan: <br />-add scallion. <br />-add chives. <br />-add ginger. <br /> <br />STEP BY STEP. <br />Further in the pan ;) <br />-add chicken stock. <br />-put the pan on fire. <br />-bring it boil. <br />-lower the flame. <br /> <br />STEP BY STEP. <br />In a small bowl: <br />-put 1tbsp corn flour. <br />-add water (2-3 spoon) <br />-mix it well so that no lumps are left. <br /> <br />STEP BY STEP. <br />Back in the pan: <br />- add corn flour mixture. <br />-let it shimmer for 3-4 mins. <br /> <br />STEP BY STEP. <br />In a bowl: <br />-break an egg. <br />-whisk it. <br /> <br />STEP BY STEP. <br />Back to the pan: <br />-spoon by spoon add the whisked egg mixture. <br />-1 spoon at a time. <br />-after finishing all spoons, let it shimmer for a minute. <br />-blow off the fire. <br />-pour the soup in a soup bowl & enjoy :) <br /> <br />CHICKEN & EGG IN ONE BOWL - IT'S A BOOM. <br /> <br />WINTER BLASTER :P
